Maglieria Rosaria provides worldwide shipping.
All orders are carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail.
Orders are usually prepared within up to 3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Delivery times depend on destination country, carrier and customs procedures.
Estimated delivery times: 2-7 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination country and shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to:

- carrier handling fees
These charges are not included in product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
- To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact us at contact@maglieriarosaria.com to receive a return form. Please do not return items without first contacting us - unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- In the email, please include your name, order number, and a list of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Once your application has been approved, you will receive a returns form to include with your return shipment.
- Please include the returns form in the package and send the return to the indicated address.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Return or exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
- Products must be intact, unused, with original tags.
- For hygiene reasons, figs are non-returnable.
- Return costs are borne by the buyer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and acceptance of the returned product.
- Funds will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the returned product does not meet the above requirements (e.g. is damaged or dirty), we reserve the right to send it back to the sender.
COMMENTS
- Please be extra careful when trying on clothes. Products showing signs of use, damage or dirt will not be accepted.
- If you refuse to accept a shipment, all costs associated with returning the parcel will be deducted from your final refund.
