HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

1. To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact us at contact@maglieriarosaria.com to receive a return form. Please do not return items without first contacting us - unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. In the email, please include your name, order number, and a list of the items you wish to return or exchange.
3. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a returns form to include with your return shipment.
4. Please include the returns form in the package and send the return to the indicated address.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Return or exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
• Products must be intact, unused, with original tags.
• For hygiene reasons, figs are non-returnable.
• Return costs are borne by the buyer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and acceptance of the returned product.
• Funds will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the returned product does not meet the above requirements (e.g. is damaged or dirty), we reserve the right to send it back to the sender.

COMMENTS

• Please be extra careful when trying on clothes. Products showing signs of use, damage or dirt will not be accepted.
• If you refuse to accept a shipment, all costs associated with returning the parcel will be deducted from your final refund.
